Important shipping information

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All our shipments are shipped with FedEx. Read more about the delivery times in the column to the right. Once your shipment have gone out, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with the tracking number of your order. You can always log in on your account at odeur.se to view your order history, print invoices and track you shipments.

Taxes and duties

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed including Swedish VAT where it is applicable and exclusive of all other taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.

Free shipping

ODEUR offers free standard delivery on orders above € 300.  Please note that free shipping automatically will be applied to your order at checkout.

Credit card

All Credit Card payments are processed and protected by the online banking system provided by PayEx, that accepts Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. 

Credit card security

ODEUR clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security as all transactions are processed by PayEx. We recommend our clients to apply for e-commerce security pin codes provided by SSL-3D Secure, SecureCode by MasterCard.
