Returns

Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. Before returning any order, please make sure to contact us to acquire a return authorization code. The items must be returned in original packaging with all labels accompanied by the return form that you can download in the right column of this page.

The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition. The shoebox can not be used as packaging material, it must be placed in another bag or box. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.

The shipping cost of the initial shipment is not refundable, and is deducted form the refund. The shipping costs are listed on the Shipping and Taxes page. Please note that these rates are applicable to all orders, even orders over the value of 300 Eur which leads to free initial shipping. Also, please make sure that all returns are clearly marked "Return" on the outside of the box and that sufficient documentation is attached to your return. Odeur does not cover any extra customs charges added to the return by the Swedish customs. Any such amount will be deducted from the refund.

We prefer that items are returned through FedEx to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport. 

Exchanges

If you would like to have another size, colour or item, we kindly ask you to place a new order and return the items not wanted. All returns are processed as they arrive back to us and your refund is issued within a few banking days. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.

Sale

Our policy above applies during the sales period with the exception that ODEUR will not allow exchanges. 

Odeur quality guarantee

If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12 months time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.

Returning your purchase

1. Describe the reason for your return in an e-mail to customerservice@odeur.se and request a Return Authorization Code.

2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.

3. Print out the return form you can download in the right column of this page.

4. Fill out the returns form and include it in the box.

5. Close the box and tape it securely.

Note on shipping fees

Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at the ODEUR warehouse.
